displaying desired expectations. Bucks may be used to purchase incentive

Gather and review all discipline referrals of 3rd grade
students for the past school year. Print Starbuck Awards and create price
chart for incentive items at the school store.

At end of six weeks grading period, all referrals
will be reviewed to determine number to look for increase or decrease.

award incentive program with staff to ensure that all staff are participating
in award incentive program.

Recruit teachers and develop a PBIS team for help with the plan.

I think you are on the right track. Make sure that you are ready for change and any apdates that you might need to address in the future. I like the fact that you will be taking notes in places like the playground or the cafeteria. This way you will see real behavior. Sometimes you will not see the real behaviors that the kids will have when they know that you are watching. Great work.

ReplyDeleteI love the idea of taking notes and added in informal interviews with colleagues and students. Also, an incentive plan was what I originally set out to do and it is a great topic. My mind went off on the motivational area and I am there now. I am contemplating adding in a part of the incentive process if it pops up during the surveys and interviews. Great job!
