Educational Leaders: Head Bloggers

Blogging is a great tool for anyone especially a professional in a leadership role in education. Educational leaders can use blogs to collaborate with their staff members as the leader is performing an action research project. As the leader is performing the research he or she can keep the staff updated on findings. The staff can make suggestions or give feedback to the leader. By keeping the staff updated throughout the project, they will be more prepared when changes and improvements are implemented as a result of the research findings. Hopefully the blog will also motivate staff to perform their own research and self-reflection.
